เจเนเรชั่น ร่วมมือ มรภ.สวนสุนันทา เดินหน้าผลิต “ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมืออาชีพ”

30 มี.ค.66 — นางสาวปุณยนุช พัธโนทัย CEO เจเนเรชั่นประเทศไทยและผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา อู่รัตนมณี ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสุขภาพสังคมสูงวัย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ลงนามสัญญาข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (Partnership Agreement) โครงการพัฒนาทักษะเพื่อการจ้างงานตามความต้องการของประเทศ โดย GenNX Model

ความร่วมมือนี้มีเป้าหมายในการสร้างบุคลากรคุณภาพในอาชีพ “ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมืออาชีพ” จำนวน 120 คนเพื่อให้ผู้ว่างงานหรือผู้ที่มีความสามารถในการทำงานต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ นักเรียนนอกระบบหรือนักศึกษาชั้นปีสุดท้ายที่กำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษาที่สนใจในอาชีพผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ เรียนรู้ทักษะอาชีพผ่านหลักสูตรบูทแคมป์เข้มข้น 14 สัปดาห์พร้อมโอกาสในการจ้างงานกับบริษัทพาร์ทเนอร์

สถาบันส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสุขภาพสังคมสูงวัย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา เป็นผู้ดำเนินการสอนหลักด้วยหลักสูตรที่ผสมผสานเนื้อหาระดับสากลของเจเนเรชั่นและหลักสูตรระดับสูงตามการรับรองโดยกรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ซึ่งบูทแคมป์รุ่นที่ 1 อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการเรียนการสอนซึ่งผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนทั้งทฤษฎีและฝึกปฏิบัติจริง พร้อมพัฒนาทักษะในการหางานสมัครงาน

Generation Thailand has signed a collaboration agreement with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s Health Promotion and Development Institute for Aging Society. Developing high-quality “Senior Care Professionals”

March 30, 2023 — Ms. Phunyanuch Pattanotai, CEO of Generation Thailand, and Assistant Professor Dr. Sujitra Uratanamanee, director of the Health Promotion and Development Institute for Aging Society at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University about the GenNX model programme for skill development for employment in need in the country.

This collaboration aims to develop the professional skills of 120 “Senior Care Professionals.” Unemployed or people with subpar work skills. Informal or senior students interested in becoming a senior care professional attend a 14-week intensive boot camp to learn vocational skills and provide employment opportunities for partners.

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s Health Promotion and Development Institute for Aging Society is a delivery partner. The curriculum combines a comprehensive international Generation course with advanced courses certified by the Ministry of Public Health’s Health Service Support Department.

Cohort 1 of the “Senior Care Professional — SCPro” programme is currently underway. Learners will develop job-searching skills as well as theory and practice.
