A proven leader in cross-cultural environments, with over 20 years working experience across Asia-Pacific, Jeremy is known for his distinctive problem-solving and excellent people-leadership skills. He has extensive functional experience in strategy, operations, organizational development, HR/talent management, leadership development, and large-scale transformations with both Fortune 500 companies and SMEs, across a wide range of industries. He is a certified executive coach, and draws upon this experience and his background in neurobiology and cognitive science in his work.
Professional Experience:
While working for over 10 years at McKinsey & Company, Jeremy distinguished himself with consistent high-performance. He attained the highest rating as a consultant for his ability to lead executive teams in turning around ailing organizations and developing progressive business strategies from the US to Europe and Asia. While he built deep expertise in the Healthcare sector, he also helped companies in a range of other industries. This track-record of success resulted in his rapid promotion. As the Head of Professional Development for Asia-Pacific, Jeremy led the internal growth of McKinsey & Company in Asia, working directly alongside the former Global Managing Director Dominic Barton. With a staff of over 120 professionals, he oversaw the development of 1400 consultants, including 200 Partners, across 15 offices in Asia-Pacific. He built a wide range of talent management and leadership development programs for the firm, and personally coached over 70 Partners and other senior leaders from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds. Jeremy founded Fox C-Suite Advisors in 2009, and has since worked with companies in the Hospitality, Luxury Consumer Goods, Media, Flavors and Fragrances, and Management Consulting industries. He has coached CEOs, COOs, Partners, and Directors, and supported the growth and development of his client companies in a range of ways. He has held interim C-level positions, overseen large-scale transformation programs, developed global and regional growth strategies, re-organized senior leadership and other departmental teams, conducted C-suite team interventions, designed Lean continuous improvement programs, set up group purchasing organizations, developed company-wide executive education programs, and designed new talent and performance management systems, to name several examples. Jeremy also founded and ran a multi-disciplinary research and advisory think-tank for health policy challenges in Asia with the National University of Singapore and Singapore Ministry of Health. He was a founding director of the Variety Children’s Charity of Singapore, an advisory board member for the Centre for Global Health at Massachusetts General Hospital, and holds several other board positions.
Qualifications & Accreditations:
Jeremy earned a B.S. in Genetics and Development from Cornell University (New York) and a Ph.D. in Genetics from Harvard Medical School (Massachusetts). Jeremy graduated with distinction at the top of his class, and also completed each program at an accelerated pace, earning his Ph.D. when he was only 24 years old. An established and recognized international executive coach, Jeremy is a Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
