Marketing and Communications Officer

Natthakitt Aimdilokwong ( Diamond ) is currently working as a marketing and communications for social impact officer at Generation Thailand. For over two years, he has experience working in communication as a graphic designer, video editor, project coordinator, marketing strategist and communications officer for well-known international NGOs including Greenpeace, World Wildlife Fund, and ALIGHT. His expertise encompasses marketing data analysis, graphic work and event organization, as well as planning and executing comprehensive social media communications strategies tailored for various online platforms, particularly within the social sector.

Diamond graduated bachelor's degree from Mahidol University International College majoring in International relations and global affairs before he was given a chance to prove his capability to work in graphic design through a skills-based hiring test and continued working in communication ever since.

Skill-based hiring put him where he is today and now he is working dedicatedly to give the chance he once had to everyone in Thailand.

ณัฐกิตติ์ เอี่ยมดิลกวงศ์ ( ไดมอนด์ ) เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนการตลาดและสื่อสารเพื่อขับเคลื่อนสังคมที่เจเนเรชั่น ( ประเทศไทย ) ตลอดระยะเวลาประสบการณ์กว่าสองปี ที่เขาทำงานในด้านการสื่อสารในหลากหลายตำแหน่งทั้ง ออกแบบกราฟิก ตัดต่อวีดีโอ ผู้ประสานงาน นักวางแผนการตลาด และ เจ้าหน้าที่สื่อสาร ให้กับองค์กรนานาชาติไม่แสวงผลกำไรที่มีชื่อเสียงมากมาย ทั้ง กรีนพีซ องค์การกองทุนสัตว์ป่าสากล และ อไลท์ ความเชี่ยวชาญของเขาครอบคลุมการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการตลาด งานกราฟิก และการจัดงาน รวมถึงการวางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารบนโซเชียลมีเดียอย่างครอบคลุม ที่เหมาะสมกับแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะในภาคสังคม

ไดมอนด์ เรียนจบระดับปริญญาตรีจากมหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติมหิดลสาขาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศและกิจการทั่วโลก ก่อนที่จะได้รับโอกาสในการพิสูจน์ความสามารถตัวเองในด้านการทำงานออกแบบกราฟิกผ่านการจ้างงานจากทักษะและเข้าทำงานด้านสื่อสารตั้งแต่นั้นมา

การจ้างงานจากทักษะทำให้เขามีวันนี้ และ ตอนนี้เขากำลังตั้งใจทำงานอย่างทุ่มเทเพื่อมอบโอกาสที่เขาเคยได้รับให้แก่ทุกคนในประเทศไทย
