Nitchata ‘Ne’ Chumjai

Program Coordinator

Nitchata (Ne), five-year experiences working in education and international development fields, is currently working at Generation Thailand as a program coordinator with a genuine passion for helping unemployed individuals upskill, reskill, and seek for job opportunities and better life. In addition, she has been an independent English communication coach who passionately helps Thai adult learners to improve their English communication skills for more than 7 years.

Before joining Generation, Ne worked at Excedo, by Nikkei and The Financial Times, a start-up coaching platform for global managers including Japanese, Latin American and Thai to have better intercultural business communication skills. Prior to this, she was a program officer at the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Higher Education and Development (SEAMEO RIHED), organizing international conferences, meetings and capacity building activities for higher education leaders across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Ne holds an MA in Intercultural Communication and Education (Distinction) from Durham University, United Kingdom and a BA in English (First Class Honor) from Chiang Mai University. Currently, she is taking the Professional Coaching Certification Program (PCCP) at Thailand Coaching Institute.

ผู้ประสานงานโครงการด้วยความตั้งใจช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนที่ยังคงว่างงานให้เพิ่มทักษะ และแสวงหาโอกาสในการทำงานและชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้คุณณิชตายังเป็นโค้ชสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอิสระที่คอยช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนที่เป็นผู้ใหญ่ชาวไทยให้พัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษของตนเองมามากว่า 7 ปี

ก่อนร่วมงานกับเจเนเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) คุณณิชตาเคยทำงานที่ Excedo by Nikkei and The Financial Times ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มสตาร์ทอัพในการฝึกสอนทักษะการสื่อสารทางธุรกิจระหว่างวัฒนธรรมสำหรับคนวัยทำงานทั่วโลก
รวมถึง ญี่ปุ่น ลาตินอเมริกา ไทย ฯลฯ และก่อนหน้านี้ คุณณิชตาเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารโครงการที่ SEAMEO RIHED จัดการประชุมระดับนานาชาติ และ กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพต่างๆมากมาย ให้กับผู้นำด้านอุดมศึกษา เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ และ
นักวิชาการ ทั้งในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และประเทศอื่นๆ

คุณณิชตาสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทด้านการสื่อสารและการศึกษาระหว่างวัฒนธรรม (เกียรตินิยมอันดับหนึ่ง) จากมหาวิทยาลัยเดอแรม สหราชอาณาจักร และปริญญาตรีสาขาภาษาอังกฤษ (เกียรตินิยมอันดับหนึ่ง) มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ปัจจุบันคุณณิชตากำลังเข้าร่วมอบรมหลักสูตร Professional Coaching Certification Program (PCCP) ที่สถาบันโค้ชไทย
